GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS

NURSERY CLASS PARENTS ARE ADVISED TO WRITE THE NAME OF THE STUDENT IN THE SCHOOL BAG,LUNCH BOX OR ANY ITEM .

1-Parents are not allowed to visit the classrooms to see their children or teachers during regular teaching days without permission of the Principal.

2-Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address and telephone numbers  .

3- You can meet the Principal and teachers every Saturday .Please do not try to contact the Principal or teachers over the phone. Meeting the Principal with prior appointment is appreciated.

4-In Case of half-day leave , permission must be sought, in writing, from the Principal through the Class teacher . In case of emergency the parent should come in person with the application.Avoid Half-day leave by phone calls.

5-No item in the form of lunchboxes/pencil boxes/books/activity material/musical instrument etc. will be allowed entry in the school after the school begins.

6-A student who has respect for the school and the teacher learns immensely. Avoid criticizing the school or the teacher in the presence of your child. If you have any complaint, kindly write an application to the principal or meet during visiting hours.

7-Please see that your ward revises lessons and does homework regularly.

8-Fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances in future.

9-A student who absents himself without any application shall pay a fine of Rs. 50.

10-Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds.

a)Disciplinary

b) Unsatisfactory progress in scholastic and co-scholastic areas.

c)bringing mobile phone in the school campus.

d)threatening any teacher / staff member/student.

e)Narrow bottom pants

f)improper haircut


 

GUIDELINES TO STUDENTS

 RESPONSIBILITIES

a) BRMS Students should treat everyone with respect. The language of a student must reflect refinement.

b) Students have the responsibility not to laugh at, tease unkindly, abuse or hurt the feelings of others.

c) Use of polite expressions, 'Excuse me' 'Please' 'Thank You' 'Sorry' 'Could I...' is recommended for everyone and everywhere.

d)Students should make it a habit to greet the teachers , classmates or any other with “good morning “ or hello,how are you? As per according to the age and position of the individual.

 

DISCIPLINE

a)      Not to talk loudly in the classrooms or any other place in the school campus.

b)      It is must for all the students to maintain silence during change of classrooms.

c)      Students are expected to be school in time.

d)     No student must ever indulge in any kind of bullying activities such as threatening, abusing, taunting, name calling, hurting or ganging up on someone.Name can be withdrawn from the school for such type of activity.

e)      All the students should be honest and true to everyone. Cheating in exams will invite heavy penalties.

f)      Use of  nail polish / mehendi / tattoos / kajal is not allowed for students.

g)     Students should wear  clean and well ironed uniform and polished shoes. .It is must for the students to keep the classroom clean

 

OFFENCES AND CONSEQUENCES

a)     Students are expected to take care of all school property and and no student should scratch or scribble on the school furniture, walls or in any way damage things belonging to others. In case of any damage, it will be made good by the concerned student together with a fine imposed for the offence.

b)     Absent without application may charge a fine of Rs. 50.

c)      A Student can be asked to leave the school for

·        Unsatisfactory progress in scholastic and co-scholastic areas.

·        Bringing mobile phone in the school campus.

·        Threatening any teacher / staff member/student.

·        Narrow bottom pants

·        Improper haircut
